Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 4,77,500/- (Taka Four Lakh Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) within Two (02) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 17/10/2023, in accordance with ITT Clause 54. iii. Sign the Contract within Two (02) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 17/10/2023, in accordance with ITT Clause 56. You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Digital Media Management and Promotion goods/items and related services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. As per Technical Specification, you shall perform all activities of the said items. In any unavoidable circumstances the authority may add or remove the said items and adjust contract value accordingly.
