| Reference Description | : | To: M/S ARADHANA ENTERPRISE 1016, Vatara, Natun Bazar, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212 This is to notify you that your Tender dated 20-01-2025 for the execution of the Works for Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Local Warning System (LWS), Automated Environmental Radiation Monitoring System (AERMS) & Weather Monitoring Station with Relevant Supplies for the Contract Price of BDT 15,39,00,099.00 (Fifteen Crore Thirty Nine Lakh Ninety Nine) Only, as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by HOPE, Managing Director, Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL). You are thus requested to take following actions: i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance in accordance with ITT Clause 64 ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of BDT 1,53,90,009.900 (Taka One Crore Fifty Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Nine and Paisa Ninety) Only, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 10 March 2025, in accordance with ITT Clause 65 & 66. iii. sign the Contract within twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24 March 2025, in accordance with ITT Clause 70. You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature. |
