| Reference Description | : | Ref: (1) IFT No - 35.02.0000.008.14.030.24-073, Date: 20/08/2024 (2) Corrigendum No.-35.02.0000.008.14.030.24-076, Date: 22/08/2024 This is to notify you that under your tender for ‘Procurement of 3 Lac Rapid Pass (FeliCa IC) Card and Related Service’ submitted on 18.09.024 to DTCA, the appropriate authority has approved procurement of 2,50,000 pc Rapid Pass Card and Associated Service bearing a total value of Tk. 7,23,75,000/- (in words: Taka Seven-Crore Twenty-Three Lac and Seventy-Five Thousand only; including AIT and VAT deductible at source). Therefore, you are requested to: (i) accept in writing the NoA within 2 (Two) Working days from its day of issuance but no later than 09.01.2025 (Thursday). (ii) furnish a Performance Security in the form of Pay-Order/ Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank bearing not less than the amount of Tk. 72,37,500/- (in words: Taka Seventy-Two Lac Thirty-Seven Thousand and Five-Hundred Only) within 6 (Six) calendar days of issuance of this NoA but no later than 13.01.2025 (Monday). The Beneficiary of the Performance Security will be ‘Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA)’. The Performance Security will be valid till 28.08.2027 (inclusive of Contract Period, Warranty Period and Defects Liability Period). (iii) sign the Contract Agreement within 9 (Nine) calendar days of issuance of this NoA but no later than 16.01.2024 (Thursday). You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the tasks bearing Serial-(i) to Serial-(iii). You may also please note that, this Notification of Award (NoA) will constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
