| Reference Description | : | SK Farid Ahmed Managing Director Silkways Card and Printing Ltd. 158/C, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208. Ref: Memo no - 35.02.0000.008.35.069.24-171, Date: 31.03.2024 (Package: GD-2(d)) This is to notify you that, your Tender dated 04/04/2024, which was submitted for ‘Procurement of Rapid Pass (FeliCa IC) Card and Associated Service’ bearing a total value of price of Tk. 4,83,00,000/- (in words: Taka Four-Crore Eighty-Three Lac Only) including VAT & TAX (deductible at source) has been accepted and approved by the Approving Authority Roads Transport and Highways Division (RTHD) Therefore, you are requested to: i. accept in writing the NoA within 3 (Three) Working days from its day of issuance but no later than 23.06.2024 (Sunday). ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form of Bank Guarantee (Original Copy) from any scheduled bank bearing not less than the amount of Tk. 48,30,000/- (In words: Taka Forty-Eight Lac Thirty Thousand Only) within 5 (Five) calendar days of acceptance of this NoA but no later than 24.06.2024 (Monday). The Beneficiary would be ‘The Project Director, Establishment of Clearing House for Integrating Transport Ticketing System in Dhaka City and Adjacent Districts (Phase-II) Project’. iii. sign the Contract Agreement within 12 (Twelve) calendar days of issuance of this NoA but no later than 25.06.2024 (Tuesday). However, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has to be signed before signing the Contract Agreement. iv. supply all the listed goods and complete related services within 1 (One) months of signing the contract agreement. You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the tasks bearing Serial-(i) to Serial-(iii). You may also please note that, this Notification of Award (NoA) will constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
