[Attention: Mr. Abu Naim Mohammad Emrajul Islam, Senior Project Manager, DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited] This is to notify you that your revised Proposal No. [DS/PRO/GVT/DTCA/DS00172 reference no of DataSoft] dated [January 24, 2024] for the performance of Services for “Software Upgradation, Modification, Optimization and Migration to New Hardware of Clearing House (CH) System of DTCA (Package No: SR-08)” for the Contract price of Taka 1,72,50,000/- (in words: Taka One Crore Seventy-Two Lac Fifty-Thousand only; including Income Tax and VAT), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by “Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA)”. You are thus requested to take following actions: i. Accept in writing this Letter of Acceptance (LoA) within 3 (Three) working days of its issuance. ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form of irrevocable and unconditional Bank-Guarantee effective till after 18 (Eighteen) Months 28 (Twenty-Eight) Days from the effective date of Contract Agreement as issued by a Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh and in the amount of Tk BDT. 8,62,500/- (in words: Taka Eight Lac Sixty-Two Thousand and Five-Hundred), within 7 (Seven) days of acceptance of this Letter of Acceptance (LoA). iii. sign the Contract within 21 (Twenty-one) working days of issuance of this Letter of Acceptance (LoA). You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Letter of Acceptance shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft Contract Agreement and all other relevant documents for your perusal, signature and further necessary actions from your end. Attachments: (1) Draft of Contract Agreement as negotiated by both parties- 1 (One) Copy. (2) Draft of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with your firm -1 (One) Copy.
