| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that, your Tender dated 15/06/2023, which was submitted for ‘Procurement of Rapid Pass (FeliCa IC) Card, SAM (Secure Access Module) and Associated Service’ bearing a total value of price of Tk. 3,28,25,000/- (in words: Taka Three-Crore Twenty-Eight Lac Twenty-Five Thousand Only) including VAT & TAX (deductible at source) has been accepted and approved by the Procuring Entity. Therefore, you are requested to: i. Accept in writing the NoA within Seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 62.3. ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Pay-Order (Original Copy) from any scheduled bank bearing not less than the amount of Tk. 32,82,500/- (In words: Taka Thirty-Two Lac Eighty-Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) within 14 (Fourteen) days of acceptance of this NoA in accordance with ITT Clause 64.2. The Beneficiary would be ‘The Project Director, Establishment of Clearing House for Integrating Transport Ticketing System in Dhaka City Adjacent Districts (Phase–II) PROJECT’. iii. Sign the Contract within 21 (Twenty-One) days of issuance of this NoA in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 67.2. iv. Supply all the listed goods and complete related services within 4 (Four) months of signing the contract agreement as per Clause-30. You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract in accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the tasks bearing Serial-(i) to Serial-(iii). You may also please note that, this Notification of Award (NoA) will constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you. |
