| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Tender ref. no. Nil, dated: 17/05/2023 against the International Tender Invitation ref. no. 28.16.9100.098.07.007.23/139; dated:19/03/2023 for the supply of Dry Gas Filter, Filter Separator & Liquid Separator for the Contract Price of US $ 3,22,957.00 (In words: US Dollar Three Lac Twenty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven only) & BDT 3,78,897.00 (In words: Taka Three Lac Seventy Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Seven only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by authority of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Limited (JGTDSL), Gas Bhaban, Mendibag, Sylhet-3100, Bangladesh. You are thus requested to take following actions: i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 62.3 i i . furnish 02 (two) numbers of Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of US $ 32,295.70 (In words: US Dollar Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Five Point Seven Zero only) & BDT 37,889.70 (In words: Taka Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Nine Point Seven Zero only) in favor of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Limited, Gas Bhaban, Mendibag, Sylhet-3100, Bangladesh within Twenty- eight (28 ) days from issue of this Notification of Award but not later than 17 July, 2023 in accordance with ITT Clause 64.2 th ? iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28 ) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 17 July, 2023 in accordance with ITT Clause 67.2 You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Goods and related Services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you |
