This is to notify you that your tender dated 27 April 2021 for the execution of the works for Construction of Slipways including Winch House, Sheave Block, Dolphin Jetty, Tower Crane Lane, Cradle, Retaining wall, Pavement & Temporary Cofferdam and Dredging works at Gazaria, Munshigonj Package No. WD-10 during the FY 2022-2023 for the contract price of Tk.99,94,87,133.76 (Taka Ninety nine crore ninety four lakh eighty seven thousand one hundred thirty three Point Seventy-Six Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Project Director (With the prior Approval from Ministry of Home Affairs) of “Establishment of Logistics and Fleet Maintenance Facilities for Bangladesh Coastguard” titled project. You are thus requested to take following actions: i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance in accordance with ITT Clause 67. ii. Furnish a performance security in the amount of Tk 9,98,00,000.00 (Taka Nine crore ninety eight lakh) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 19 September 2022 in accordance with ITT Clause 65 & 66 iii. Sign the contract within twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 03 October 2022, in accordance with ITT Clause 70 You may proceed with the excecution of the works only upon completion of the above taks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract, which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature. |
