| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Proposal dated June 05, 2022 for Design, Development & Deployment of “Library/Debate Management System (Including 1st to 11th Parliament Debate Digitalization) (SD-39)” for “Development of ICT Infrastructure, Human Resources and Technology Skills of Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat Project” at the Contract price of Tk. 55,77,840.00 (in words: Fifty Five Lac Seventy Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty) including VAT & TAX as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Development of ICT Infrastructure, Human Resources and Technology Skills of Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat Project. You are thus requested to take following actions: i) accept in writing the Notification of Award within 07 (seven) days of its issuance. ii) furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 2,23,114.00 (in words: Two Lac Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred and Fourteen) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than September 11, 2022. iii) sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than September 25, 2022. You may proceed with the execution for Design, Development & Deployment of “Library/Debate Management System (Including 1st to 11th Parliament Debate Digitalization) (SD-39)” only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
