| Reference Description | : | In reference to the Request for Expression of Interest (REoI) (Ref No.- 56.00.0000.084.14.014.19(4th Part)-43, Date: 11.11.2021), this is to notify you that, you are awarded a revised contract agreement in the position of Individual Consultant as a Junior Software Architect from 01.03.2022 till 30.06.2023 (16 Man Months) for a monthly remuneration of BDT. 90,000.00 (Taka Ninety Thousand Only) per Man Month including VAT and Tax, which had been negotiated on 08.02.2022 and also been approved by the Head of Procurement Entity (HoPE) of the respective project. Mentionable that, within this total duration of the contract, the Client or its representative will evaluate the Consultant’s progress and performance quarterly. Failure to fulfill the required output and meet the standard, the contract may be assumed Null and Void. In addition to that, this notification of award will constitute the formation of the contract and will consequently become bounded upon you. Failure to commence duty from 01.03.2022 or within the next seven days, will be considered as the declination of this offer. Attachment: Draft Copy of the Contract Agreement: 1 (One) Copy. |
