(??? ? ?????? ???????????)] (EoI Invitation Ref No: 56.04.0000.008.07.067.21.515; Date: 16/09/2021) (Invitation for Proposal no: 56.04.0000.008.07.067.21-668; Date: 17/10/2021) To JV Maker Communication & Falcon Communication Level: 01, House:220, Lane: 02 Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka-1206 This is to notify you that your Tender/EoI dated 19/09/2021 for the supply of Event Management (On Physical & Online Platforms) goods/items and related services for organizing for Digital Bangladesh Day 2021 for the Contract Price (including VAT & TAX) of Tk =1,54,99,228/- (Taka One Crore Fifty Four Lac Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Eight Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT). You are thus requested to take following actions: i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within Two (02) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 53. ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 774962/- (Taka Seven Lac Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Two Only), within Two (02) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 07/12/2021, in accordance with ITT Clause 54. iii. Sign the Contract within Three (03) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 08/12/2021, in accordance with ITT Clause 56. You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Event Management (Physical and Online Platforms) goods/items and related services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. As per Technical Specification, you shall perform all activities of the said items. In any unavoidable circumstances the authority may add or remove the said items and adjust contract value accordingly. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
