| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your EoI dated 13 January 2020 for the execution of the Development & Promotion of Audio Book and Apps, Online News Features and Bangabandhu Blog on Mujib Centenary”- items and related services as part of the action plan adopted on the occasion of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, targeting “Mujib Year on Digital Platform” for the Contract Price (including VAT & TAX) of Tk = 2,20,98,750/- (Taka Two Crores Twenty Lac Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT) under Information and Communication Technology Division (ICTD). You are thus requested to attend the office of the undersigned to sign the Contract within Seven (07) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 25th of January 2021. As “Mujib Year on Digital Platform” is funded by GOB considering it as public fund, the expenses should be made in a conservative way and the bill will be paid only based on the actual services provided. You may proceed with the execution of the services of Development & Promotion of Audio Book and Apps, Online News Features and Bangabandhu Blog on Mujib Centenary” items and related services/works targeting of “Mujib Year on Digital Platform” only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award to Sign Contract shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. As per Technical Specification and Term of References, you shall perform all activities of the said items. In any unavoidable circumstances, the authority may add or remove the said items and adjust contract value accordingly. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature. |
