| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Proposal dated October 22, 2020 for Design, Development & Deployment of MP Portal, Notice & Petition Management System (SD-48) for Development of ICT Infrastructure, Human Resources and Technology Skills of The National Parliament Secretariat (2nd Revised) Project at the Contract price of Tk 50,85,990 (Fifty Lac Eighty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Taka) including VAT & TAX as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Development of ICT Infrastructure, Human Resources and Technology Skills of The National Parliament Secretariat (2nd Revised) Project. You are thus requested to take following actions: i) accept in writing the Notification of Award within 07 (seven) days of its issuance. ii) furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 2,03,440 (Two Lac Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty Taka) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than December 27, 2020. iii) sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than January 10, 2021. You may proceed with the execution for Design, Development & Deployment of MP Portal, Notice & Petition Management System (SD-48) only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
