An e-GP awareness workshop was arranged by the CPTU and facilitated by BCCP on 10 November 2021 at the  Conference Room, DC Office in Manikganj.

The objective of the workshop was to exchange ideas and enhance awareness about e-GP with tenderers, procuring entities and banks at the local level to further simplify the electronic procurement system.

Mr. Muhammad Abdul Latif, Deputy Commissioner, Manikganj, was present as the Chief Guest while Ms. Dur-Re-Shahwas, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Manikganj, was the  Special Guest.

Mr. Md. Aknur Rahmam, Joint Secretary, CPTU, IMED, Ministry of Planning, presided over it as the Chairperson.

More than 50 participants from PEs, tenderers, banks, civil society and media took part in the workshop.
