INFORMATION ON AWARD

| Brief Description of Contract |

"The scope of services of the Consultant will include but not be limited to the following 03 areas:
A. Review and Development Areas
• Review & Development of the existing operational directives, policies, guidelines, Credit Policy, E & S Policy as per guidelines and directives of Operational Manual of IPFF II
• Development Standard of Procedure (SoP) for the Credit Department
• Assessment of existing project appraisal and due diligence procedures as per policy and guidelines of BIFFL with the requirements of Operations Manual of IPFF-II Project.
B. Review of Loan Application & Project Appraisal
• Conduct project appraisal and due diligence as per policy and guidelines of BIFFL with the requirements of Operations Manual of IPFF-II Project while maintaining the best international standards and practices (up to concurrence of World Bank) of minimum nine (09) sub-projects among nine (09) different eligible sectors.
• Amend/update the review reports to incorporate any observation/comments of IPFF II Project Cell and/or the World Bank (WB) as and when required.
C. Training & Capacity Building
• Conduct capacity needs assessment on BIFFL's existing human resources and recommend capacity building activities (such as in-house knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, seminars etc.).
• Provide on-job training to relevant BIFFL officials during the entire due diligence process as part of job.
Any other task relating to project appraisal and conducting due diligence of eligible projects assigned by BIFFL."
