As per TDS:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Note: 1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website. 2. The start date of the earliest/First construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned procuring entity (PE). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature, complexity and construction methods/technology is works completed successfully within the last 05 (Five) years that include the following major work items &minimum value in a single completed contracts. Item Type Work Item Minimum Value of Work Item (Total value in a single completed contracts) 01 Flexible Pavement With DBS Work Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen ) Crore Only Note: 1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website. 2. Partial/incomplete certificate shall not be accepted. 3. The work Completion certificate shall clearly state (a) Priced BoQ of done works (b) Final bill amount (c) Date of Commencement (d) Actual date of Completion etc. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 26.00 (Twenty Six ) crore only over the last 05 (Five) financial years. Note: 1. Turnover will be calculated on the basis of Payment Certificates issued by respective Procuring Entity. 2. Only the Works using Public Fund will be considered for Turnover. 3. Tenderers are requested to submit Turn over calculation sheet as per attached document in General Specification. 4. In case of JVCA Experience Certificates (For Calculation of Construction Turnover) submission, the tenderer must submit JV Agreement among all the Joint Venture partners. Otherwise, their tender shall be rejected. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8.00 (Eight) Crore only. Note: 1. In case of joint venture, Lead and each partner must submit liquid asset individually. 2. The date of bank statement showing liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be between the date of tender publication of IFT in the e-gp system and the date of tender closing. 3. In case of credit from bank, the document shall clearly mention the name of the work & tender reference number. |
