| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. (Updated Trade license, BIN, TIN & Tax clearance certificate up to date 2024-2025 )
• Tenderers shall fill up all criteria as per TDS
• Tenderers shall have valid bank account and have liquid asset at least 25 lac taka
• Tenderers should have at least 05 (Five) years general experience in operation/repair or maintenance services area.
• Must have successfully completed similar nature of works at least 45 ( Forty Five ) lac taka in a single contract as per PSN documents/PPR-2008 specifically in the area of electrical/Substation operation/repair or maintenance services in this regard.
• Minimum 03 (three) nos working experiences in operation/repair or maintenance services area in any sector.
