INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

a. Only EED-enlisted eligible contractors of Bagerhat Zila can participate in this e-Tender.
b. The tenderer must have an Up-to-date Trade License
c. Up-to-date IT Certificate & VAT registration certificate (13-digit).
d. Up-to-date EED Registration Document. (Only Bagerhat District)
e. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2b-3)" This Form should be used for Liquid assets (50.00 Lakh), and the Issuing Date must be before the submission of tender. Tenderers must properly submit the authorisation letter on their firm pad (Mention tender ID and work name separately).
f. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender date sheet of the Tender documents.
g. If any mistake/omission happens in this tender, it will be corrected/included according to PPR-2008 and its amendment, and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
Note: According to letter Memo No. 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.241, Dated 12.08.2019. According to Section 64(6) of PPA 2006 and Rule 127(4) of PPR 2008, any contractor who cannot maintain the quality and time of work on multiple works shall not get any further work until the work received is completed. |
