INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Interested bidders should have valid trade license (2024-2025), Income tax payment certificate (2024-2025), VAT registration, National identity card;
Recruitment of Security Personnel in a government/semi-government/ autonomous organization for a minimum of 02 (two) years in the last five years and (b) Specific work experience of a minimum of Tk. 2.70 crore for Benapole Land Port (Sl. No.1) & 3.70 corore for Others Port (Sl. No.) of ONE contract
According to Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 (Amendment-2013) and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015, the contractor must have a up-to-date license (Grade-B) as a manpower supplier;
Other conditions mentioned in the tender documents have to be complied with.
The bidder should have a minimum liquid asset/credit facility of Tk.70.00 lac (Sl. No. 1) & Tk. 95.00 (Sl. No. 2) Liquid Asset/Credit Facility Certificate up to 28 days prior to the date of publication of tender notice will be considered;
Tender security 7.00 lac (sl. no.1) & 9.00 lac (sl. no. 2)
The average annual turnover for the last three years has been Tk. 175.00 lac (sl. no.1) & 245.00 lac (sl. no.2)

Special instructions:
The tenderer or his authorized representative may be present at the opening of the tender;
Tender evaluation and other activities will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules, 2008;
Tender security money favour the Chairman, Bangladesh Land Ports Authority has to submit it along with the tender by depositing it through Bank Draft/Pay-order/Bank Grauntee from any scheduled bank in Bangladesh;
A copy of the bill received against the work in support of the annual turnover or a certificate issued for the purpose by the concerned institution shall be attached with the tender document;
All the required documents mentioned in the tender document should be attached with the tender document;
Documents submitted with the tender should be neatly decorated with indicating flags.
The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without any reason.
