Kabi Nazrul Institute has undertaken a unique cultural initiative with the conviction of embracing the multifaceted creative spirit of our national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. The aim of the project is to nurture the future leaders of Bangladesh—the present generation—into responsible and enlightened citizens of a developed nation. As part of this initiative, a special event titled "Nazrul Concert" will be held, where Nazrul's inspirational songs will be performed in modern and rock music styles. Additionally, a special ‘Rock Album’ featuring Nazrul’s songs will be released.
The primary objectives of this initiative are to popularize Nazrul Sangeet/Nazrul’s songs among the younger generation, blend Nazrul's unique melodies and lyrics with contemporary music, and inspire our young generation to engage with Nazrul’s works. Through this effort, Nazrul’s timeless songs will be given a new dimension, integrating them with modern musical trends and technology to reach a wider audience.
