INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be 5 years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction of 4 (four) storied building under single contrac within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 420.00(Four Hundred and Twenty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 560.00 (Five Hundred and Sixty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, ABC & Electrical Supervisory license, Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.330.00 (Three hundred and Thirty) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
