INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the public sector or private sector as Prime Contractor/ Sub Contractor/ Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology over a period of 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 670 Lakh (Six Crore Seventy Lakh) under maximum three (3) completed or at least 70 percent completed ongoing contract shall be required. Contract for providing Service for Supplying Vehicles in public sector (Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/Government Organization/ Government Project) or private sector (Private Company/ Organisation) will be treated as similar nature. The Completion Certificate from the Employer of public or private sector will be submitted.
c) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law.
d) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
