INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

A) General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.

B) Specific Experience:
a) For Electrical Item related to Substation: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Electrical Item related to Substation of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 Lac under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.
b) For Solar panel: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Solar panel of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 Lac under Government/ Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.
Combined specific experience on above 02 point is expectable. Combination may be (a+b) or (a & b). But in every case individual supply value must be satisfy the mention value 12.00 Lac, 10.00 Lac respectively. In the specific experience Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing value of Electrical Item related to Substation and Solar panel must be mention separately and clearly.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.

D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 Lac.
E) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 22 Lac.
F) Maximum number of partners in the JV shall be: JV not Allowed.
