| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) A satisfactory completion of civil works of at least Tk. 1.50 (One point five zero) Crore under one (01) no. of contract over a period of five (05) years shall be required from any Government, Semi Govt. or Autonomous organizations.
b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.50 (One point five zero) Crore over the best three (03) years in the last five (5) years from any Government, Semi Govt. or Autonomous organizations.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Seventy Five (75.00) Lac.
d) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 1.90 (One point Nine Zero) Crore. |
