INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) Years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
2. Tenderer having record of poor performance such as abandoning or not completing the contract, inordinate delay, defective or poor workmanship, financial failures, wasteful claims, consistent history of litigation, debarred by any public sector organization shall not be considered in technical/financial evaluation.
3. The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of Land filling work by bulk heads suction dredger or any other means in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 11000 Lac during last 10 (Ten) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization.
4. The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 24000.00 lac. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector within last 05 years where best 03 years will be considered.
5. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 6000 Lac in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration.
6. The required minimum tender capacity is BDT 16500.00 lac. The Tenderer must submit list of On-Going works & existing commitments in support of Tender Capacity Calculation.
7. Debarred Tenderer (s) from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
8. Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate shall be submitted.
9. Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of Tender Documents must be fulfilled.
10. Tenderer failure to submit relevant and acceptable Method Statement of land filling including Safety Procedures in the Technical Proposal may not be considered for Financial Evaluation.
11. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 & Public Procurement Rules-2008 and their amendments.
