INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) General Experience:
The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer Construction works shall be at least for 10 (Ten) years.
ii) Specific Experience:
The minimum Specific Experience of the Tenderer for Construction of Building works with minimum contract value of Tk. 130.00 Lac (One Crore thirty Lac Taka) in a single contract complete over a period of last 5(Five) year in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization etc.
iii) The specific experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank.
iv) Average annual turnover :
The required average annual turnover shall be minimum Tk. 115.00 Lac (One crore Fifteen Lac Taka) during the period of last 3(Three) years.
v) Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and /or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 95.00 Lac (Ninety-five Lac Taka).
