INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

a)General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be at least 10 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system, in this regard necessary supporting documents( completion certificate, contract agreement, etc) shall have to be submitted by the tenderer.
(b) Specific Experience:
The minimum experience as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor in Supply and Installation works of at least two (02) contracts but maximum 3 contracts where the aggregated value to be minimum 6.5 crore, at least one contract must be of minimum BDT 3.5 crore, within the last 10 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. In this regard, completion certificate, copy of contract and detail price schedule or Bill of Quantity shall have to be submitted.If the price mentioned in the price schedule is in different currency other than taka, converted price in BDT must be given with the documents.
The above contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below-
(i) At least one of the above contract must include successful completion of supply of 33kV or higher voltage electrical equipment in Govt/ Semi Govt/ autonomous/public limited electricity company of Bangladesh.
(ii) At least One (01) of the above contract must include successful completion of re-conductoring/stringing of 132kV or higher voltage rating overhead electrical transmission lines/OPGW having minimum route length of 10 kM.
(iii) At least One (01) of the above contract must include successful completion of re-conductoring/stringing of 132kV or higher voltage rating overhead electrical transmission lines/OPGW having minimum route length of 08 kM in single circuit live line condition.
For contracts under which the tenderer participated as a joint venture member, only the tenderer’s share, by value shall be considered to meet this requirement.
(c) Manufacturer's Experience:
1) At least last 10 (years) of experience prior to the date of tender submission in manufacturing OPGW. In this regard, reference list of projects and contracts with documentary proof of experience shall be submitted.
2) Evidence from end users ( at least one) of satisfactory service of equipment for a minimum of three 03(three) years within the last 10 years, prior to the tender submission date. In this regard, operational acceptance certificate or end user certificate shall be submitted.
3) Minimum average delivery over the last 05 years of 100km of OPGW with equal or higher range than offered. In this regard, reference list of contracts with documentary proof of quantity manufactured shall be submitted.
4) Implemented ISO certificate. Valid ISO 9001 certificate shall be submitted.
5) Type test reports of OPGW . In this regard, list of performed type tests and reports as per the requirement shall be submitted.( refer to section 8)

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 110.5 km, 48 Cores OPGW and associated Fittings (Tension-Suspension-Down Lead Clamps, Hood Joint Boxes, FOACs, Pigtails, ODFs, Patch cords & necessary Splicing) in existing 132 KV Power Transmission Line by replacing of old sky wire/OPGW. After dismantling, all existing materials will be handed over to the related GMD store. One 132 kV circuit will be live while another circuit will be dead during stringing works. The necessary end-to-end optical link test and FOAC laying will be performed in a proper manner. For details Scope of Work refer to section 8, Scope and Extent of Definite Works, Annexture 1-1. |
