INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of a RCC building construction with a value not less than 3 (Three) Crore in last 5 (five) years in a single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 1.20 (One point two zero) Crore.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 3.50 (Three point five zero) Crore. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license.
7. No Joint venture will be allowed for this work according to administrative approval from Police Head Quarter.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
