INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of Same nature of work amount of BDT 80(Eighty)lakh at least one contract successfully
completed within the last 5 years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not
below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district
under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
b) The Tenderer must possess:
c) (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.
(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
(iv) Up to date PWD Enlistment
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is BDT 85.0 (Eighty Five) Lakh
e) The tenderer must submit Approve Plan, Drawing, Single line Diagram of this specific work.
f) Annual Construction Turnover has to be BDT 200 lakh during last 5 Years.
g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender
documents
h) The tenderer must submit manufactuer autherization certificate of medcal pipe line equipment & accessories mention in the Tender
