INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience will be charged accordingly of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of building including civil, internal sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 (One hundred fifty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 ( Three hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 90.00 (Ninety ) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 180.00 (One hundred eighty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tender Security is Tk. 5.00 (five) Lac.
7. The Tenderer must enclose VAT certificate, up-to-date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License. |
