INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of sinking and installation of 200mm X 400mm dia G.I. Pipe Deep Tubewell with 38mm dia test & observation well in a single contract amounting to Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lakh within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 1.00 (One) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.00 (One) crore in PW2a-3 (Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lakh. To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must submit a list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
