All tenderers with Bangladeshi Nationality regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS) of the Tender Document. 1. All the tenderers, participating in the tender, shall mention the full name of their business firm for both individual and joint venture participation. 2. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID. 3. In the case of JVCA , All the partners should have the experience of similar nature of work individually. To ensure Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover, etc.) in JVCA the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement, etc.) in favor of percent share among all Joint Venture partners. 4. A list of year-wise breakdown of turn over must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, the Tenderer will not be evaluated. 5. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutiny during tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive. 6. IF any false information and document is submitted by a Tenderer, That Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive and shall be De-barred.
