INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tender in the construction
works as prime contractor or Sub contractor or management contractor shall be 10
years.b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) Fire
Detection & Protection system works worth not less than Tk 100.00 (one hundred) Lac
only in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/
Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.(time will be counted backward from
the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).c) The required average annual construction
turnover shall be greater than Tk 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac over the last 5 (Five)
years.d)The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e., working capitals or credit facilities of the
tenderer shall be Tk.120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty) lac.Document of Liquid Assets
submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission
date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submit letter of
commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form
PW2a-3, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.e) The minimum tender capacity
shall be 120.00 (One Hundred and twenty) Lac.f) i) Up to date Trade License, ii) Up to
date TIN Certificate, iii) Up to date VAT Certificate, iv) Up to date ABC class contractor
and supervisory license provided by the electric licensing board, v) Up to date income tax
clearance certificate from NBR.i) All other required qualifications, special terms &
conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender
documents |
