INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"a) The Tenderer shall have at least 10(Ten) years overall business experience. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system with related works in a two work order amounting not less than Tk.4.00(Four) Crore during the last 10(Ten) years in any Government /Semi Government /Autonomous organization/International organizations/Registered Limited companies in Bangladesh. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thenewspaper. The Tenderers shall have to furnish work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.
c) In case of JVC/JVCA eligibility and other condition are shown in Tender Data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
d) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk.10.00 (Ten) Crore during the last five years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
e) Liquid asset/Credit facility Shall be Tk.5.00 (Five) Crore.
f) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) i) Up-to date trade license, ii)Income Tax Clearance Certificate, iii) VAT Registration Certificate, iv) Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization, v) Manufacturers Authorization letter.
h) Tenderers shall have to fulfil the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet & other Terms and Conditions of the Tender Documents; failing which the Tender may be rejected and considered as non-responsive.
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
