INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of
partners shall not be more than 3)
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who has min. 05 years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of Incinerator/Medical Waste Management System amounting to Tk.4.00 Crore only in a single contract in last 5 years.
c) The Tenderer must process Up to date valid Trade license, ABC license with supervisory license, Income tax Clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 5 years of Tk.7.5 Crore only.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk.2.50 Crore only to be issued in the Letter of commitment for the Bank’s Undertaking for a line of credit in the format specified (Form e-PW3-7)
f) Tender capacity Tk.5.00 Crore only.
g) The Incinerator/Medical Waste Management System must have these characteristics-
1. Land requirement for the machine including operator room, toilet, entry & exit for collection bins
must be a maximum of 1000 sft
2. Manufacturer must declare in their letterhead pad that each cycle must not require more than 1 liter of water for cooling purposes of the machine
3. The machine must have a rotative blade, no rolling shredder is allowed
4. The minimum running microwave-based waste management machine must be 02 no.; each capacity not less than 80kg/hr
h) All other technical specifications, terms, and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents
i) The tenderer has to complete the works within the approved DPP time limit |
