INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderers:
1) Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience for minimum 05(Five) years.
2) Having experience of successful completion of at least 1 (One) Building construction works (civil/electro-mechanical) as a Contractor under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years (counted backward from the date of publication of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 125.00 (One Hundred Twenty Five ) Lac in a single contract.
3) For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
4) Minimum avg. annual construction turnover of TK 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac supported by payment certificates for works during last Five years.
5) Minimum Liquid assets/credit facilitiy of Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac submitted in the prescribed form of credit commitment from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
6) Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 145.00 (One Hundred Forty Five) Lac.
7) The Tenderer must enclose with tender updated trade license, valid VAT Registration certificate,TIN/Tax clearance certificate and updated ABC Contractor & Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
8) Tenderer must fulfill special Terms and conditions (as uploaded in section No-7). |
