INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) site development work of minimum Tk. 1.20 (One point two zero) crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last
five (5) years of Tk. 1.50 (One crore fifty lac). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.00 (One) crore in the form PW2a-3(Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tenderer nonresponsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.20 (One point two zero) crore. To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must submit list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(h) Others required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet of tender documents. |
