Tenderer(s) who intends to participate for must have at least 05 (Five) years experience as C&F Agent work in Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous, Semi-Autonomous Organization. Additionally, for must posses ‘H’ class License from the competent authority of Radiation, Transport and Waste Safety Division of BAERA. The following valid documents must be produced at the time of purchasing Tender Document: (i) Up-to-date Trade License, (ii) Up-to-date Income-Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate, (iv) Up-to-date Financial Solvency Certificate along with documentary evidence of Liquid Assets for Tk.10.00 Lac for each Single Lot, (v) Up-to-date Licence for C&F Agent work at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka from relevant authority and (vi) Certificate from relevant Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Bodies testifying experience in C&F work for the specified period and also be enclosed with the Tender. (vii) Tenderers must have to be submitted end-user’s (RIPD) Satisfactory Certificate in case of they have any work experience with end-user (RIPD) within last five years. Please note that the authority reserves the right to verify the information/certificates etc., independently. |

(c) After completion of all productions, carrying of Mo-99/Tc-99m generators and dispensed I-131 solution from RIPD, INST, AERE, Savar, Dhaka to NINMAS and different INMAS under BAEC and Govt./Non-Govt. hospitals.
