1. Compulsory Maintenance Responsibilities with scheduled preventive maintenance of (a) Core SCADA system software and hardware in control centers (b) Sub-station Automation System (SAS) with necessary modification/upgradation of BCU/Relays/IEDs with necessary hardware/software whenever required, (c)Station Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Gateways and system hardware with necessary modification/upgradation of BCU/Relays/IEDs with necessary hardware/software whenever required (d) Control centers support and protection system (Ancillaries) (e) Telecommunication systems, hardware and Fiber Network/Cable management and Maintenance (f) DC Power system
2. Need based (Optional) maintenance on requirement basis
3. Supply of spare parts for comprehensive maintenance works
