Reference to the Specific Procurement Notice (Request for Bids for Non-Consulting Services) Project Director, RIVER, LGED, Dhaka office memo no: 46.02.0000.670.005.23-70, Dated: 01/08/2023, BID Package No. LGED/RIVER/21-22/NC-01, the following amendment is hereby made:
1.Amount of Bid Security in USD. (Specific Procurement Notice: Sl. No:08)
Original- All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of BDT 25.00 (Twenty Five) million or USD 25000.00 (twenty five thousand Dollar).
Amended-All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of BDT 25.00 (Twenty Five) million or USD 250,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty thousand Dollar).
2.Form of Bid Security
Original-ITB 20.3 (d): Other types of acceptable securities: None
Amended- As per ITB 20.3 (a) The bid security shall be only an unconditional guarantee issued by a bank.
