INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The Tenderer shall have minimum of 5 years of general experience in related works. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
• The tenderer shall have minimum 3 years of specific experience on office decoration, interior design, renovation, furniture & electrical activities.
• The Tenderer must have minimum three (03) work completion certificate and value should be minimum Taka 60 lacs in civil & interior works in last three years.
• The Tenderer must have minimum of three (03) work completion certificate Value Should be minimum Taka 01 crore in furniture works in last three years.
• The Tenderer must have minimum of three (03) work completion certificate value should be minimum Taka 25 lacs in electrical works in last three years.
• The Tenderer must have minimum of three (03) work completion certificate value should be minimum Taka 40 lacs in supplying, installing & commissioning of air conditioning system in last three years.
• Average annual turnover of taka 2.50 crore of last three years. Payment certificate to be submitted by the tenderer.
• Tenderer shall have credit line facilities/liquid asset at least Taka 2.50 crore supported by documentary evidence as per tender document.
• Tenderer shall comply with other required eligibility criteria and terms & conditions for the tenderers as stipulated in the TDS and terms and conditions of Tender Documents.
• Tenderers are required to submit price quotation correspond to 100% of the required services.
