INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer must have minimum 5 (five) years’ experience. 2. In case of joint venture (JV)- All partner must have 5 years’ experience. One partner must have 75% of turnover requirement and other partner separately must meet 25% turnover. 3. The tenderer must have an experience of successful Completion of at least one contract of similar nature involving amount of BDT 1.00 (One) Crore during the last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous or Army/ Navy/ Air Force welfare trust project, shopping mall, Hospital, Hotel, Commercial etc. and must be authenticated by the appropriate person/ authority. 4. The Tenderer must have average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 90.00 (Ninety) lac over the last 5 (five) years. 5. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of BDT 1.00 (One) Crore.
