Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in Bidding Document.
For WP-5: DS-9:
The bidder shall have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of USD 68 million (Sixty eight million) for the contract calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last five years. Requirement of minimum amount of liquid assets of the bidder shall be USD 8 million (Eight million) for the contract. Participated in at least one (1) Contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed highway standard road and structure works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds USD 108 Million (One hundred and eight million) for the contract. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology, or other characteristics as described in Section 6, Employer’s Requirements. The complete eligibility and qualification requirements are stipulated in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
For WP-5: DS-10:
The bidder shall have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of USD 93 million (Ninety three million) for the contract calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last five years. Requirement of minimum amount of liquid assets of the bidder shall be USD 12 million (Twelve million) for the contract. Participated in at least one (1) Contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed highway standard road and structure works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds USD 149 Million (One hundred forty-nine million) for the contract. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology, or other characteristics as described in Section 6, Employer’s Requirements. The complete eligibility and qualification requirements are stipulated in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. |
