INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: The Tenderer
shall have
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the tender in the Medical Gas
System work as prime contractor shall be 5 years. b)Tenderer shall have experience in
successfully completion of at least 1(one) Medical Gas System works. worth not less than
Tk420.00 Lac only in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous
Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five)years.(time will be counted
backward from the date of publication of IFT in eGP system) i) In case of work done
under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive
Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization
other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an Officer not below the rank of Executive
Engineer and the same certificate should be duly verified and authenticated by the
concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work
has been done .c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater
thanTk.2100.00 Lac over the last Five years. d)The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e.,
working capitals or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.345.00 lac.e) The minimum
tender capacity shall be 518.00 Lac. f)i) Up to date Trade License, ii) Up to date TIN
Certificate ,iii) Up to date VAT Certificate, iv) Up to date ABC class contractor and
supervisory license provided by the electric licensing board, v) Up to date income tax
clearance certificate from NBR.Vi) Work program in Bar chart. i) All other required
qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC ,TDS &
Tender documents.
