INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms having minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in civil Construction(Finishing) works.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building Construction works including building Finishing work of at least 1 (one) number minimum 12 (Twelve) Storied building with single basement in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 3.40 (Three point four) crore in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 80.00(Eighty) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.50 (Four point five zero) crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3.60 (Three point six zero) crore. In case of JV, Tender capacity required for leading and other partner shall be as described in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
f) Tenderer’s having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten) per cent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.
g) The Tenderer must submitted: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license. |
