INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of
partners shall not be more than 3 (three))
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 10 (Ten) years of general experience in
construction works
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of RCC frame structure
(6 storied building with 6 storied foundation including RCC precast pile foundation) Building amounting to
Tk.14.00 Crore (Fourteen Crore) only with civil, sanitary, water supply, Internal Electrification in a single
contract in last 10 years.
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR, up to date ABC
license with supervisory license & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of
Tk.24.00 Crore (Twenty Four Crore) only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate)
shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be
submitted with the tender.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.6.00 Crore (Six Crore)
only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as
specified (Form e-PW3)
f) Tender capacity Tk.17.00 Crore (Seventeen Crore) only.
g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents. |
