a)General experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.

b)Specific Experience:
(i) For Lot-01: Construction Of Steel Structure Buffer Godown For Urea Fertilizer at Chuadanga (10000MT) and Jhenaidah (20000MT) Sites.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One)contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structured go-down / steel structured industry building or other major steel structured installation works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a contract value of at least Tk.60,00,00,000/=(Taka Sixty Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.

(ii) For Lot-02: Construction Of Steel Structure Buffer Godown For Urea Fertilizer at Bagerhat (10000MT) and Khulna (10000MT) Sites.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One)contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structured godown / steel structured industry building or other major steel structured installation works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a contract value of at least Tk.50,00,00,000/=(Taka Fifty Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/Corporation/ Autonomous Organization

(iii) For Lot-03: Construction Of Steel Structure Buffer Godown For Urea Fertilizer at Faridpur (10000MT) Site.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One)contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structured godown / steel structured industry building or other major steel structured installation works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a contact value of at least Tk.25,00,00,000/= (Taka Twenty Five Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/Corporation/ Autonomous Organization

• For Lot-01 and Lot-2 Combindly:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One)contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structured godown / steel structured industry building or other major steel structured installation works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a contact value of at least Tk.110,00,00,000/=(Taka One Hundred Ten Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/ Corporation/Autonomous Organization

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One)contract in the field of construction of steel structure i.e. steel structured godown / steel structured industry building or other major steel structured installation works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a contact value of at least Tk.135,00,00,000/= (Taka One Hundred Thirty Five Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/Corporation/ Autonomous Organization

c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than
i)For Lot-01: Tk.100 Crores.
ii)For Lot-02: Tk.85 Crores.
iii) For Lot-03: Tk.40 Crores.
If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-2 Combindly: Tk.185 Crores.
• For Lot-01 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.140 Crores.
• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.125 Crores.
• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.225 Crores.
over the best 03(Three)years in the last 05(Five) years.

Tenderer must submit proofs of the turnover amount i.e. certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed. Documentary evidence must be supplied in support of proper taxation and vat imposition of payments. The certificate from NBR that proves the turnover amount can be submitted.
d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be:
i)For Lot-01: Tk.20 Crores.
ii)For Lot-02: Tk.15 Crores.
iii)For Lot-03: Tk.10 Crores.
If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-2 Combindly: Tk.35 Crores.
• For Lot-01 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.30 Crores.
• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.25 Crores.
• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.45Crores.
e) The minimum capacity shall be:
i)For Lot-01: Tk.80 Crores.
ii)For Lot-02: Tk.70 Crores.
iii)For Lot-03: Tk.35 Crores.
If bidder bids on more than single lot:
• For Lot-01 and Lot-2 Combindly: Tk.150 Crores.
• For Lot-01 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.115 Crores.
• For Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.105Crores.
• For Lot-01, Lot-02 and Lot-03 Combindly: Tk.185 Crores.
(f) The certification of successful completion of similar nature work shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department with official address, contact number and seal.
(g) The certification of successful completion of a similar nature works with attached NOA, work order, Payment certificate etc. have to be submitted and it is shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Authorized person of concerned department with official address, contact number and seal.
(h) For ensuring the quality of steel structure works the tenderer must have own or hired ISO 9001.certified industry for column, rafter, H-beam, purlin ,profile sheet etc. fabrication facility with appropriate equipment / machines. For hired industry facility the tenderer must submit the valid authorization from that ISO 9001 certified industry.
