A complete set of the RFP Document comprising 04 (four) volumes i.e., Volume 1: Part 1 & Part 3; Volume 2: Employer’s Requirement; Volume 3: Conceptual Drawing; Volume 4: Supplementary Information in English may be purchased by eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below which may be sent through email from the Proposer’s official e-mail address to the Employer’s email address specified below along with a copy of documentary evidence confirming electronic wire transfer or cash deposit payment of a nonrefundable fee of BDT 13,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Thirteen Thousand) or USD 150.00 (United States Dollars One Hundred and Fifty) (the Bank Transaction Reference Number should be explicitly mentioned). The method of payment will be electronic wire transfer or cash deposit to the Employer’s bank account specified below. Please clearly mention “Regarding purchase of RFP Documents for Design and Build (DB) Contract for Reconstruction / New Construction of Sewerage Networks in Zone-C (Sabujbahg, East Nandipara, Natunpara, Rajarbagh, Golapbag East etc.) and Reconstruction / Rehabilitation of South-Western Trunk Main (Package No. WD7).” in the email’s subject line. Within 3 (three) working days of receipt of the payment in the Employer’s bank account, the Employer shall issue the Hard Copy of the RFP which the Proposers are advised to collect from the office of the undersigned. The soft copy of the same will also be sent through reply email. In case of discrepancy between hard and soft copy, the hard copy shall prevail.
