The Tenderer should be a construction firm and must have registration. General experience required as prime contractor, sub-contractor or management contractor is 5 years. Tenderers must have completed a minimum of 2 contracts with at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature with a value of Saudi Riyal 5 million over a period of 3 years.
The following documents will have to be submitted with the proposal:
i) Original Money receipt of procuring the tender documents from the official inviting tender
ii) Copy of Valid Trade License/Copy of registration
iii) Income Tax/Zakat Clearance Certificate
iv) Bank Solvency Certificate on a date within collection of Tender Document & dropping date
v) Audit report for the last three years (if any)
vi) Bank guarantee/pay order/bank draft as Tender Security
vii) Information regarding claims under litigation (if any)
viii) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) |
