INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Five (05) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in supplying manpower for Major Inspection (MI) / Turbine Inspection (TI) / Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI) works of Gas Turbine (or minimum specific experience in MI / TI / HGPI works of Gas Turbine) with capacity not less than 100 MW (Single Unit) successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least equivalent Taka One Crore (1,00,00,000.00) under maximum 02 (Two) Contracts. Supporting documents (End User Certificate/ Work Completion Certificate) must be submitted.
(c) The Tenderer shall have to update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka One Crore (1,00,00,000.00). The issue date of the Bank Certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(d) Bangladeshi tenderer can bid on the basis of experience, resource / specialized manpower deployment and technology transfer from foreign associate/partner. In that case:
i. Foreign partner (firm) experience will be considered as the experience of the tenderer and
ii. An Agreement between the tenderer and their foreign partner (Firm) should be submitted.
(e) The average annual turnover shall have to minimum be 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) Taka over the last five (05) years.
(f) The Tenderer should have a valid updated Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, VAT registration number as a proof of fulfillment of tax obligations.

Amendment of ITT Clause 14 (J) (m): The Tenderer shall provide Insurance Document against all manpower in MI works before Signing Contract and also provide covid test report before starting works. Insurance shall cover Accidental Death, Permanent Disability etc. against the manpower involved in MI works. The tenderer must issue Insurance Policy from Jibon Bima Corporation, Bangladesh as per Government law, otherwise Contract Signing will not be accepted. |
